TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH

Xây dựng kế hoạch triển khai dự án từng năm:

• Căn cứ nhu cầu phát triển từng năm, năng lực thiết bị tiến hành xây dựng ngân sách cho các dự án triển khai trong năm.

• Xây dựng mức độ ưu tiên, kế hoạch nhân lực dự kiến và thời gian triển khai cho các dự án.

Phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan để đánh giá, báo cáo tính khả thi của dự án:

• Làm rõ thông tin về Phương án/ giải pháp thực hiện.

• Làm rõ phương án an toàn lao động và phòng chống cháy nổ khi thực hiện dự án

• Cung cấp thông tin về tiết kiệm/ cải tiến.

• Cung cấp thông tin về chi phí thực hiện, chi phí dự kiến tiết kiệm.

• Cung cấp thông tin về chi phí vận hành dự kiến.

Quản lí triển khai dự án:

• Lập kế hoạch triển khai các dự án.

• Phân công nhân sự thực hiện dự án.

• Đảm bảo phương án an toàn lao động và phòng chống cháy nổ khi thực hiện dự án.

• Theo dõi, đôn đốc, hỗ trợ nhân sự hoàn thành dự án đúng hạn.

• Đảm bảo dự án hoàn thành đúng kế hoạch, đúng chất lượng và dưới kinh phí đã duyệt.

Làm việc với các đơn vị thi công, TVTK, tham mưu về thiết kế, giải pháp thi công, đảm bảo công tác thi công hiệu quả, an toàn.

• Liên hệ các đơn vị tư vấn về giải pháp/ Phương án nâng cấp/ cải tạo.

• Làm rõ về giải pháp tư vấn, khối lượng vật tư, chi phí, hiệu quả dự án sau triển khai.

• Kiểm tra soát xét thiết kế, khối lượng vật tư, tham mưu cho Ban lãnh đạo kịp thời những thiếu sót hoặc bất cập trong thiết kế, khối lượng và dự toán.

• Đề xuất Ban lãnh đạo về tính khả thi dự án.

Thực hiện các công tác kiểm tra, đôn đốc thi công, kiểm soát mọi hoạt động trên công trường và chịu trách nhiệm trước Ban quản lý dự án:

• Yêu cầu nhà thầu cung cấp kế hoạch thi công, sơ đồ nhân sự, phương án thi công.

• Yêu cầu nhà thầu thực hiện báo cáo công việc hàng ngày, hàng tuần.

• Thực hiện kiểm tra, theo dõi, đôn đốc thi công đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng, an toàn, phòng chống cháy nổ khi thi công.

• Quản lý về chất lượng, khối lượng vật tư, tiến độ công trình phản ánh kịp thời đến cấp quản lý trực tiếp.

• Định kỳ báo cáo tiến độ triển khai các dự án lên ban lãnh đạo.

Tham gia nghiệm thu dự án:

• Phối hợp, đôn đốc thực hiện công tác nghiệm thu giai đoạn, nghiệm thu lắp đặt, sửa chữa, nghiệm thu hoàn công dự án.

• Phối hợp các đơn vị liên quan thực hiện thủ tục hoàn công công trình.

Truyền đạt, phổ biến các định hướng, nhiệm vụ dự án cho các Giám sát/chuyên viên dự án trong những năm tiếp theo.

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác khi có yêu cầu: phối hợp triển khai các dự án tại các nhà máy, khu vực trực thuộc công ty, các khu vực dự kiến quy hoạch, mở rộng.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish the Yearly Projects execution plan

• Based on the development needs of each year, the capacity of equipment shall formulate budgets for projects implemented in the year.

• Set priorities, expected human resource plans and implementation plans for projects.

Coordinate with relevant units to do assessment and report on the feasibility of the project:

• Clarify information about the implementation plan/solution.

• Clarification of occupational safety and fire prevention plans when implementing projects

• Provide information about savings/improvements.

• Provide information on implementation costs and expected savings.

• Provide information on expected operating costs.

Project execution management:

• Establish the projects implementation plan.

• Assign personnel to execute the project.

• Ensure work safety and fire prevention plans when implementing projects.

• Follow up, urging and support personnel to complete the project on time.

• Ensure that the project is completed according to plan, with the right quality and under the approved budget.

Working with construction units, Design Consultant, advising on design, construction solutions, ensuring effective and safe construction.

• Contact consultants about solutions/upgrades/renovation plans.

• Clarify the consulting solution, material quantity, cost, and efficiency of the project after implementation.

• Check and review the design, material quantity and advise for the Management team on shortcomings or inadequacies in the design, material volume and cost estimate.

• Propose to the Management team on the feasibility of the project.

Carry out the site inspection, urging, control all activities on the construction site and take responsibility to the Project management team:

• Request the contractor to provide the construction plans, operation org chart, construction plans.

• Request the contractor to submit daily, weekly work reports.

• Checking, follow up and urging to ensure the timeline, quality, safety, fire & explosion prevention during construction.

• Management of quality, material quantity and timeline shall be promptly report to the direct management level.

• Periodically report the progress of project implementation to the management team.

Participating in the project commissioning

• Coordinate and urge the implementation of the stage acceptance test, installation acceptance test, defect fixing and commissioning the project.

• Coordinate with relevant units to proceed document for completion of the project.

Communicate and disseminate project orientations and tasks to project supervisors/specialists in the following years.

Perform other tasks when required: coordinate to execute projects at other factories, areas under the company, areas that expected to be planned and expanded.

Trình độ học vấn
Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành kỹ thuật: cơ khí, điện, tự động, kỹ thuật công nghệ, Xây dựng hoặc các ngành liên quan.

Kinh nghiệm

• Ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, kinh nghiệm làm việc cho các công ty thực phẩm, đồ uống.

• Có kiến thức, kinh nghiệm về máy móc thiết bị tiệt trùng

• Có kiến thức về HACCP, GMP, An toàn máy móc thiết bị

Kỹ năng

• Yêu cầu về Tiếng Anh: giao tiếp tốt, đọc, hiểu các tài liệu kỹ thuật bằng tiếng anh.

• Kinh nghiệm dẫn dắt và phát triển các mối quan hệ bên trong và bên ngoài.

• Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt, giao tiếp tốt, khả năng trình bày và báo cáo rõ ràng, có cấu trúc.

• Khả năng đọc bản vẽ, lập bản vẽ, bốc tách khối lượng, kiểm tra dự toán.

• Khả năng tư duy chiến lược và triển khai hiệu quả.

• Các kiến thức, kinh nghiệm và năng lực về Digital có liên quan đến vị trí công việc

• Có kiến thức cơ bản về quy định liên quan khi triển khai dự án.

• Sử dụng thành thạo MS Office, AutoCAD, e-Office, Power BI…

Yêu cầu khác (nếu có)

• Am hiểu chủng loại vật tư M&E, giá cả thị trường vật tư, giá cả thi công cơ bản v.v.

• Am hiểu tiêu chuẩn vật liệu, tiêu chuẩn an toàn và qui chuẩn pháp luật hiện hành.

Education
Graduation from a university or higher degree in engineering majors: mechanical, electrical, automotive, technological engineering, Civil or related disciplines.

Experience

• At least 05 years of experience in a similar position, experience working for food and beverage companies.

• Knowledge and experience in sterilization equipment

• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, machinery and equipment safety

Skills

• English skill: good communication, reading and understanding of technical documents in English.

• Experience leading and developing internal and external relationships.

• Good problem-solving skills, good communication, clear and structured presentation and reporting.

• Ability to read drawings, make drawings, breakdown detail material quantity, check estimation cost.

• Strategic thinking and implement effectively.

• Have knowledge, experience and competencies in Digital that are relevant to the job position.

• Basic knowledge of relevant regulations when implementing the project.

• Proficient in using software: Office, AutoCAD, e-Office, Power BI…

Other requirements (if any)

• Understand M&E materials, material market prices, basic construction prices, etc.

• Understand material standards, safety standards, and current legal regulations.
