Trợ lý quản lý sản xuất/Assistant Production Manager

I. Quy trình sản xuất/ Manufacturing operations:

a. Kế hoạch sản xuất/ Production Planning

- Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng sản xuất trong việc lập kế hoạch sản xuất chi tiết theo ngày, tuần, tháng.

Assist the Production Manager in developing detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production plans

- Tham gia xây dựng lịch trình sản xuất, phân bổ công việc cho các tổ, nhóm sản xuất.

Participate in building production schedules, allocating tasks to production teams and groups

- Hỗ trợ xác định và ước tính các nguồn lực cần thiết (nguyên vật liệu, nhân công, máy móc) cho quá trình sản xuất.

Support in identifying and estimating necessary resources (raw materials, labor, machinery) for the production process.

b. Giám sát hoạt động sản xuất/ Operations Supervision

- Trực tiếp giám sát các công đoạn sản xuất, đảm bảo quy trình được tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt.

Directly supervise production stages, ensuring strict adherence to procedures

- Theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất, phát hiện và báo cáo kịp thời các vấn đề phát sinh (chậm trễ, lỗi kỹ thuật, thiếu hụt nguyên liệu, v.v.) cho Quản lý sản xuất / Giám đốc sản xuất.

Monitor production progress, promptly identifying and reporting any issues (delays, technical faults, material shortages, etc.) to the Production Manager / Factory Director.

- Hỗ trợ điều phối hoạt động giữa các tổ, nhóm sản xuất và các phòng ban liên quan (kho, kỹ thuật, QA/QC) để đảm bảo luồng công việc thông suốt.

Support coordination between production teams and relevant departments (warehouse, engineering, QA/QC) to ensure a smooth workflow.

- Ghi nhận và báo cáo các chỉ số hiệu suất sản xuất (KPIs) như năng suất, tỷ lệ phế phẩm, thời gian chu kỳ sản xuất.

Record and report key production performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, defect rates, and production cycle times.

c. Quản lý người lao động và an toàn lao động / Personnel and Safety Management

- Phối hợp với Trưởng phòng sản xuất trong việc quản lý, phân công công việc và giám sát hiệu suất làm việc của công nhân.

Assist Production Manager in managing, assigning tasks, and monitoring the performance of factory workers.

- Tham gia đào tạo, hướng dẫn công nhân về quy trình sản xuất, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và quy định an toàn lao động.

Participate in training and guiding workers on production processes, quality standards, and occupational safety regulations

- Đảm bảo công nhân tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định về an toàn, vệ sinh công nghiệp và phòng cháy chữa cháy trong khu vực sản xuất.

Ensure workers strictly comply with industrial safety and hygiene, and fire prevention regulations in the production area

- Giải quyết các vấn đề nhỏ phát sinh trong nội bộ đội ngũ sản xuất dưới sự giám sát của trưởng phòng sản xuất.

Resolve minor issues arising within the production team under the supervision of the Production Manager.

- Giám sát và triển khai thực hiện 5S, Kaizen.

Supervise and implement 5S and Kaizen initiatives.

d. Cải tiến và tối ưu hóa/ Improvement and Optimization

- Thu thập dữ liệu, phân tích và đề xuất các ý tưởng cải tiến quy trình sản xuất, nâng cao hiệu quả và giảm thiểu lãng phí.

Collect data, analyze, and propose ideas to improve production processes, enhance efficiency, and minimize waste.

- Hỗ trợ thực hiện các dự án cải tiến liên quan đến năng suất, chất lượng, chi phí.

Support the implementation of improvement projects related to productivity, quality, and cost

II. Chất lượng sản phẩm – tài liệu / Product Quality – Document:

a. Quản lý chất lượng về sản phẩm/ Product Quality Management

- Đảm bảo sản phẩm sản xuất ra tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng đã đề ra (bao gồm các chỉ tiêu vật lý, hóa học, vi sinh).

Ensure manufactured products strictly comply with established quality standards (including physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters).

- Giám sát và kiểm soát chặt chẽ việc tuân thủ các quy trình quản lý chất lượng (QC) và vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm (VSATTP) như HACCP, GMP.

Closely monitor and control adherence to Quality Control (QC) processes and Food Safety & Hygiene (FSH) regulations such as HACCP and GMP.

- Hỗ trợ thực hiện các quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng (QC) tại các điểm kiểm tra trong suốt quá trình sản xuất.

Support the implementation of quality control (QC) procedures at inspection points throughout the production process.

- Phối hợp với bộ phận QA/QC để kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm, đảm bảo đạt tiêu chuẩn quy định.

Coordinate with the QA/QC department to inspect product quality and ensure compliance with established standards.

- Hỗ trợ điều tra nguyên nhân gốc rễ của các vấn đề chất lượng và đề xuất biện pháp khắc phục.

Assist in investigating root causes of quality issues and propose corrective actions.

- Ghi nhận các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng nguyên vật liệu và phản hồi cho cấp trên.

Record issues related to raw material quality and report them to supervisors.

- Phân tích nguyên nhân và đề xuất hành động khắc phục cho các trường hợp sản phẩm không đạt chuẩn hoặc có khiếu nại từ khách hàng.

Analyze root causes and propose corrective actions for non-conforming products or customer complaints.

b. Quản lý tài liệu và báo cáo/ Document Management and Reporting

- Lưu trữ và quản lý các tài liệu liên quan đến sản xuất.

Store and manage production-related documents

- Lập các báo cáo định kỳ hoặc đột xuất về tình hình sản xuất, hiệu suất, chất lượng cho trưởng phòng sản xuất.

Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports on production status, performance, and quality for the Production Manager

- Cập nhật dữ liệu sản xuất vào các hệ thống quản lý, kiểm tra và duy trì tính chính xác của dữ liệu trên hệ thống nội bộ quản lý sản xuất.

Update production data into management systems, verifying and maintaining the accuracy of data on the internal production management system.

• Trình độ/ Education level:

+ Tối thiểu bằng Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học các ngành Kỹ thuật, Quản lý Công nghiệp hoặc thăng tiến nội bộ/ Minimum College or University degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or internal promotion

• Kinh nghiệm/ Experience:

+ 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất. Ít nhất 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí giám sát sản xuất trong ngành FMCG./ 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing field. At least 1-3 years of experience in a production supervisor role within the FMCG industry.

• Kiến thức chuyên môn/ Professional knowledge:

+ Nắm vững quy trình sản xuất nước giải khát và các công nghệ liên quan/ Solid understanding of beverage production processes and related technologies

+ Có kiến thức về các tiêu chuẩn và hệ thống quản lý chất lượng: HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001/ Knowledge of quality management standards and systems: HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001

+ Có kiến thức về bảo trì máy móc, thiết bị sản xuất/ Knowledge of machinery and production equipment maintenance.

• Kỹ năng quản lý/ Management skills:

+ Khả năng sắp xếp công việc, quản lý thời gian hiệu quả, điều phối các hoạt động sản xuất/ Ability to organize work and manage time effectively, coordinating production activities.

+ Có khả năng nhận diện và hỗ trợ xử lý các sự cố phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất/ Capable of identifying and supporting the resolution of issues arising during the production process.

+ Giao tiếp rõ ràng, hiệu quả với cấp trên, đồng nghiệp và công nhân/ Clear and effective communication with superiors, colleagues, and factory workers.

+ Khả năng phối hợp tốt với các bộ phận khác và thúc đẩy tinh thần làm việc của đội ngũ/ Strong ability to coordinate with other departments and boost team morale.

+ Thành thạo các phần mềm văn phòng (Excel, Word) và có khả năng sử dụng phần mềm quản lý sản xuất cơ bản/ Proficient in office software (Excel, Word) and capable of using basic production management software.
