Experience:
1. Plan & conduct orientation for new employees of the company and re-orientation for the old employees
2. Plan English training & specific training as required from training needs analysis
3. Ensure that employee’s grievances are handled efficiently according to policies & procedure & labor laws of Vietnam
4. Conduct training needs analysis annually, prepare training plan for the company annually
5. Assist DHs with advice and support in the area of operational training, guide DHs & Supervisor in training/coaching skill
6. Perform as “Manager on Duty” when assigned
7. The employee also follow the Ascott Management: EHS (Environment – Health – Safety)
Qualifications: Diploma in training or degree in English/ Human Resources/ Business Administration.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Language Proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
