Job requirement

Main Responsibilities

1. Plan and coordinate training programs within the Retail Division

  • Arrange schedules and organize training sessions, including preparing venues, supporting equipment, and required materials.

  • Compile participant lists and coordinate communication to ensure full attendance.

  • Act as the primary contact with suppliers to plan and organize product training programs.

  • Support vendors, departments, and learners in resolving issues arising during training programs.

  • Implement and consolidate post-training evaluations.

2. Administration and Reporting

  • Develop and manage forms used for training administration and reporting.

  • Monitor and consolidate training metrics such as participation rate, satisfaction level, and post-training outcomes.

  • Record attendance and track learner participation during training sessions.

  • Ensure all training activities comply with the Company’s regulations and procedures.

  • Process and obtain signatures for documents, acceptance reports, and other materials related to training programs.

3. Manage and develop the E-learning system

  • Develop plans for the monthly/quarterly/annual operation and growth of the E-learning training program.

  • Design E-learning training materials.

  • Manage and operate the E-learning system.

4. Develop and enhance training programs for the Retail Division

  • Conduct training needs assessments across departments and leadership levels.

  • Design tailored training programs for different target groups: new employees, key personnel, successors, and high-potential talents.

  • Build competency frameworks and training roadmaps for each position/job family.

  • Develop standardized training materials and curricula aligned with company standards.

  • Ensure training content is regularly updated and aligned with corporate strategy and culture.

5. Other tasks

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by upper management.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with internship or working experience in the Human Resources or Administrative field.
  • Good English communication skills, including listening and reading comprehension; ability to write reports and draft documents.
  • Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Basic MS Word.
  • Others: Knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
