Job requirement

The Training Executive is responsible for delivering training programs and monitoring post-training performance for store-level employees, specifically Sales Associates and Store Leaders. This role ensures that frontline teams are equipped with the necessary skills, product knowledge, and brand understanding to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding training, sales skills training, product knowledge sessions, and essential soft skills programs.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on post-training performance and learning effectiveness.
  • Develop annual and monthly training plans, including needs analysis and training gap assessments.
  • Coordinate HR-related activities for assigned brands (Polo & Tommy) in alignment with business and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Development team to implement competency-building initiatives and development projects.
  • Ensure training content and delivery align with brand standards and business objectives.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Prior experience in a similar position is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for store training and operational support.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with a professional training delivery style.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Basic proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Basic competency in data management and reporting tools (Power BI, Power Apps, etc.).
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
