Training Coordinator

OJT and document

• Follow up list OJT in production. Working with Production Admin to manage training time. Usually update new comers and leavers in OJT

• Working with trainers, supervisors and seniors to manage and report to Production Manager about training status in each area.

• Prepare lesson plans, skill matrix to train skill-workers
• Control and improve about 5S/Safety in each area with supervisors and seniors.
• Manage document and Work Instruction

Skill test

• Working with HR-Training to join skill test. Analyze and evaluation level of skill-workers

• Prepare and inform to HR-Training about the number of trainee is going to join skill test

5S/Safety

• Working with HSE about safety tasks and other safety training courses. Joining 5S/Safety meeting weekly with LEAN team and HSE

• Working with PE and LEAN whenever have project and other tasks

• Support other tasks given by Production Manager

• English level: Good
• Computer skill: Good (Excel, Powerpoint...)
• Presentation skill
• Good communication
