Get to know the Role:
This function responsible to maintain database of training data, such as: training participant. Also, this responsible in manage and oversee the training process.
The day-to-day activities:
- Maintain for training database and the content.
- Create dashboard training (budget, participant, achievement vs target) and report it regularly)
- Maintain a good relation with vendor
- Build and maintain filling management system of training documentation (archives)
- Budgeting and invoicing process
- Conduct training for driver
The must haves:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Management, or equivalent (any fields)
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in training operation
- Proficiency in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point
- Good attention to details
- Good exposure to database management
- Proactive, good team player and can work in fast paced working environment
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good in English both written and verbal
