Get to know the Role:
This role is responsible in day to day training activities for driver include develop plans and methodologies as well as conduct periodical review to ensure the training quality.
The day-to-day activities:
- Manage day to day operational training for driver
- Create Training Modules
- Evaluate Effectiveness of training
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of training materials
- Work with another parties (dept./partners/external) in preparing training materials to be reproduced if needed
- Make sure operational and training activities runs smoothly, on time according to plan and schedule/ timetable
- Records, documents, and database information management for training attendees
- Prepare weekly report and reporting to training lead Responsible for producing booklet, brochure and poster rooms in the training center
The must haves:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any major
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in training
- Willing to be placed in Bali
- Proficiency in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point
- Good attention to details
- Proactive, good team player and can work in fast paced working environment
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
