Roles & Responsibility / Vai trò & Trách nhiệm:
Responsible for service quality under TOUS les JOUR brand;
Plan to develop service quality at the store;
Plan monthly and yearly training based on the training and development needs of the sales team;
Plan store inspections, on-site training & coaching for sales team;
Monitor and compile VOC reports to improve service quality;
Plan periodic Mystery Shopper selection, train and summarize results, monthly reports;
Compile QSC reports & operate monthly QSC meetings;
Other tasks as requested by Team lead / Manager.
Specialised Competencies/ Năng lực & Kỹ năng Cá nhân đảm nhiệm vị trí cần có:
Having related experience from 02 ~ 03 years in F&B field;
Implement the process of professional standards in the F&B industry;
Understand the knowledge and skills of operating chain stores according to professional standards;
Having a mindset that promotes development and understands good customer service;
Effective communication and negotiation skills;
Good leadership and direction;
Ability to use design tools, edit images and videos;
