Get to know the Role:
This role is responsible in day to day training activities for newbie segmentation includes support in develop plans and methodologies for newbie.
The day-to-day activities:
- Support plan development to conduct needs analyses on Newbie Segmentation - training and review on a regular basis.
- Support in creating Training Modules.
- Support on effectiveness of training.
- Ensures the quality and consistency of training materials.
- Work with another parties (dept./partners/external) in preparing training materials to be reproduced if needed.
- Make sure operational and training activities runs smoothly, on time according to plan and schedule/ timetable.
- Records, documents, and database information management for training attendees.
- Prepares weekly report and reporting to Operations Manager.
The must haves:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any major.
- At least 1 year of working experience in training center.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point.
- Good attention to details.
- Proactive, good team player and can work in fast paced working environment.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
