Purpose of Position:
This role is responsible for executing, performing and evaluating the trade programs on the market especially in On trade channel. The objective is to ensure the perfect execution, on time reward and trade program improvement, in alignment with our commercial and brand strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trade Program Execution
- Cascade trade program to all stakeholders (Agency, Design team, Regional Trade Marketing, Distributors, etc.)
- Trade program registration through Agency, Distributors and Internal department.
- Set up trade program on internal system in alignment with the stakeholders and continuously follow
- Implement audit with agency to verify execution on the market
- Consolidate information relating to STR (Sales to Retailer) & display points to calculate result, and reward the qualified awardees through Agency
- Deploy POCM, visibility and sell-out tools through Agency and Regional Trade Marketing
- Plan monthly cost to make sure operating cost within allocated budget
- Recheck payment information, compare with planning cost (if any) and raise PR (purchase request) – PO (purchase order) – GRN (Good Receipt Note)
- Be responsible for ad-hoc projects
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor program performance, compliance and recommend adjustments for efficiency.
- Ensure effective execution tracking
Operations Oversight
- Manage trade program operations including agency coordination, store selection for POCM & visibility deployment, and reward/payment processing.
- Ensure timely delivery of programs within budget.
Digital Transformation
- Work with T&A to digitalize both tracking & executing process related to Trade Marketing & Sales Operations
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to create E2E process and improve current ones
