Job requirement

1. PLANNING
• Making detail plan base on mater plan about: POSM, activation, sponsor...
• Planning trade promotion campaign for Modern Trade channel
• Adjusting the plan according to the actual situation.
• Making update sales trend & plan coverage.

2. DEVELOP SALES
• Weekly tracking work progress and push sales plan.
• Review sale of each system, each store to timely adjust the plan.

3. SALES MANAGEMENT
• Responsibility control budget & sales target achieve.
• Support solution solving challenge & brands issue.
• Evaluation market development & planning expand market share.

Job requirement

  • Requirements:

- Education: At least Bachelor’s Degree, a certain level of English skill
- Job-related experience: At least 3 years engaged in Trade Marketing (MT channel), brand management and Brand strategy in cosmetic or FMCG industry
- Specific knowledge: Skilled in brand management and trade marketing
