Trade Marketing Officer (FMCG)

Trade Marketing Operation & Execution

• Support the planning and execution of trade marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns for GT Off Channel.
• Coordinate with regional sales teams and distributors to ensure effective and timely rollout of programs.
• Manage program logistics, documentation, and communication flow to ensure smooth implementation.
• Track execution status and consolidate reports from the field to evaluate performance and compliance.

Budget & Planning Support

• Assist in preparing program budgets, payment requests, and post-program reconciliations.
• Ensure proper tracking and cost efficiency of trade marketing spending.
• Maintain program trackers, timelines, and documentation to support annual and quarterly planning cycles.

Data & Performance Tracking

• Support data collection and analysis for trade program performance.
• Consolidate sales and execution data to provide insights for optimization and reporting.
• Monitor competitor activities and share relevant market updates with the team.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure all trade marketing activities are aligned and well-executed.
• Liaise with agencies and vendors to manage production timelines and deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or operations, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good analytical and reporting ability.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
