Trade Marketing Manager

•    Develop and implement trade deals programs that maximize trade acceptance, participation and performance from assigned category.
•    Accountable for establishing and recommending Sales Divisional goals for key programs such as group promotion events, NPD introductions and line extensions, as well as providing Trade insights in the consumer and NPD forecast level and process.
•    Provide Sales with the required information to build solid Fact Based Selling focusing where the major opportunities are.
•    Serve as the Sales representative on new product task forces of the business categories assigned and provide input and direction to the Sales Teams as necessary.
•    Develop selling material and point of sales materials that are consistent with Sales and Marketing objective and gain the desired results from the trade.  
•    Be coordinator with Sales, Marketing, Demand and Operation in implementing sales forecast process, from challenging/ reasonable sales forecast identification to a completed sales forecast Supply confirmation from Operation.    
•    Handle special assignments according to the department need

•    3-5 years of solid Trade Marketing and/or Sales experience.
•    Minimum college degree, master degree in business related field is preferred.
•    Strong analytical skills followed by solid making decision.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence decisions based on providing appropriate rationale.
•    Sense of urgency and ability to address multiple projects or tasks accordingly and within the assigned timeframe.
•    Planning and Organization
•    Easiness to learn and apply new concepts to daily activities.
