Trade Marketing Assistant

• Develop and execute display plans in alignment with business objectives and brand strategies.
• Manage and coordinate display programs across distribution channels; collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Suppliers, and other relevant departments.
• Oversee display budgets: track spending, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with
approved budgets.
• Execute display activities: POSM production, inventory management, in-store implementation, acceptance checks, and supplier payment processing.
• Collect data, evaluate program effectiveness, and prepare reports to support strategic
decision-making.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

• Having 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within FMCG/Pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
• Strong planning, project management, and budgeting skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; logical thinking with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work
effectively with suppliers.
• Proactive, adaptable, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
