Job requirement

• Approach project owners, designers and contractor to present company profile and products

• Expand prospect pipeline and portfolio to ensure growth

• Prepare post-visit and key info report in order to keep relevant team on the same page

• Keep on tracking project status and ensure the maximum conversion of SPEC into actual sales

• Explore market information about projects information and competitors' information in furniture market and Real estate business.

• Support on developing marketing and sales strategy to achieve target sales in project channel.

Job requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field

• Proven working experience in furniture, interior design or decorative construction material industry is preferable

• Connection with architect and interior designing professionals and association

• Good interpersonal skills and have creativity

• Good English written and verbal communication
