Job requirement

1. Make early recomendations for product construction tech and tooling solutions.

- 2D & 3D CAD/CAM

- Know sole machinery used in the manufacturing of footwear

- Inspect the components like midsole/outsole pressing pad for stockfit/assembly, make hot knife, design mold, sole validation.

2. Over 5 years experience in shoe factory.

3. Communication skill for internal and external.

4. People management.

5. Think positively and innovatively.
