Experience:
• Support live streaming operations for the brand’s official TikTok Shop, ensuring smooth execution;
• Assist hosts in pre-live preparations, including product organization, script preparation, and equipment setup;
• Manage product listings, respond to audience interactions, and coordinate promotional activities during live streaming to enhance engagement;
• Monitor and record key live streaming metrics such as viewership, interaction rate, and conversion rate, providing optimization suggestions;
• Assist in content planning, including product selection, promotional strategies, and script optimization, to improve sales conversion;
• Conduct post-live reviews, summarize performance, and optimize processes to enhance future live streaming effectiveness;
• Stay updated on TikTok live streaming trends and collaborate with the team to continuously optimize strategies.
• At least 1 year of experience in live streaming assistance, e-commerce operations, or related fields; TikTok Shop live streaming experience is preferred;
• Familiarity with TikTok’s live streaming ecosystem and e-commerce operations, with a basic understanding of live commerce strategies;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to efficiently support hosts and coordinate with the operations team;
• Highly responsible, proactive, and adaptable to the fast-paced live streaming environment;
• Understanding of the Vietnamese market and local consumer behavior is preferred;
• Proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.
