What you'll do:
Manage and process flight bookings, reissues, refunds, and exchanges with expert proficiency using the Sabre GDS.
Handle complex ticketing scenarios, including multi-segment itineraries, special fares, and group bookings.
Ensure all ticketing procedures comply with airline regulations and company policies.
Provide exceptional support to our sales team and clients, resolving ticketing-related queries promptly and accurately.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline rules, fare conditions, and industry changes.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and identify opportunities for efficiency.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Ticketing Officer/Specialist with a strong focus on Sabre GDS.
Expert-level proficiency in Sabre (ticketing, reissues, refunds, exchanges, PNR management). Please highlight your specific Sabre certifications or advanced training if you have them!
In-depth knowledge of airline ticketing rules, IATA regulations, and fare calculations.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Prior experience with international ticketing is a significant plus.
