Thực tập sinh kĩ thuật (NPI)

Assist engineers in data collection, analysis, and documentation for process improvement.

Support NPI activities such as test setup, assembly preparation, and product validation.

Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).

Create and update work instructions, checklists, and engineering documentation.

Perform basic troubleshooting or testing under supervision.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, etc.) to ensure smooth engineering support.

Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Undergraduate student in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Automation, or related fields).

Able to work at least 3–5 days per week.

Basic understanding of manufacturing or production process.

Good English communication (reading and writing).

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Eager to learn and willing to take challenges.
