Ensure efficiency and accuracy of tasks relating to Discipline Council and Violation Handling Process. (under Risk Management Division)

1.Discipline Council Secretary: Have responsibility for supporting Discipline Council with a comprehensive range of tasks and duties, including but are not limited to:

• Oversee the effectiveness and functioning of Discipline Council
• Consolidate Discipline Council reports and meeting materials, propose meetings schedule, prepare meeting agenda and meeting invitations
• Initiate and follow up on tasks assigned by Discipline Council; collect responses from Discipline Council members on any matters that concern Discipline Council or per rollam approval
• Act as a competence center for all matters that concern Discipline Council, provide references to Discipline Council decisions if requested and ensure timely exchange of information with other decision making bodies in the Bank

2.Optimize Violation Handling Process:  Have responsibility for supporting Discipline Council Chairman and members with a comprehensive range of tasks and duties, including but are not limited to:

• Organize and optimize Violation Handling process
• Develop Discipline Council Bylaws
