Mô tả

• Làm việc trực tiếp với Nghệ sĩ Phạm Minh Hiếu để nghiên cứu, phác thảo, diễn họa và trình bày ý tưởng nghệ thuật.
• Thiết kế key visual, brochure, sản phẩm truyền thông và các tài liệu khác phục vụ cho các dự án nghệ thuật và hoạt động của Studio.
• Duy trì và phát triển hệ thống nhận diện thương hiệu của Studio, đảm bảo tính đồng bộ trên tất cả các tài liệu và kênh truyền thông.
• Tham gia và phối hợp thực hiện sản xuất, in ấn sản phẩm thiết kế đồ họa từ giai đoạn thử nghiệm đến giai đoạn hoàn thiện.
• Tham gia sắp đặt, tổ chức và hỗ trợ các sự kiện nghệ thuật do Studio thực hiện.
• Quản lý và lưu trữ dữ liệu thiết kế theo quy định chung của Studio.
• Hỗ trợ các công việc khác theo yêu cầu từ Studio.

Description

• Work directly with Artist Phạm Minh Hiếu to research, sketch, illustrate, and present artistic concepts.
• Design key visuals, brochures, communication products, and other materials for art projects and the Studio’s activities.
• Maintain and develop the Studio's brand identity system to ensure consistency across all materials and communication channels.
• Support the production of graphic design products from testing to completion.
• Assist with the setup, organization, and support of art events hosted by the Studio.
• Manage and archive design data in accordance with the Studio's standard procedures.
• Support other tasks as required by the Studio.

Yêu cầu

• Có niềm yêu thích nghệ thuật, đặc biệt là nghệ thuật đương đại. Ưu tiên ứng viên am hiểu các lĩnh vực sáng tạo có liên quan như kiến trúc, thiết kế, thời trang, trình diễn, sân khấu, v.v.
• Sử dụng thành thạo Figma và bộ công cụ Adobe Creative Suite. Có khả năng tìm hiểu và tự học các kỹ năng, phần mềm khác theo yêu cầu.
• Có khả năng diễn họa tốt, gu thẩm mỹ tinh tế, phù hợp với các dự án nghệ thuật đương đại.
• Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở các vị trí tương đương.
• Tư duy sáng tạo, cởi mở, sẵn sàng thử nghiệm các ý tưởng mới.
• Chủ động, nhiệt tình, chỉn chu và có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, làm việc nhóm và quản lý thời gian tốt.
• Thông thạo tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt.

Requirement

• Enthusiasm for the arts, especially contemporary art. Background knowledge in related creative fields such as architecture, design, fashion, performance, or theater is a plus.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to learn and self-teach new skills and software as needed.
• Strong illustration skills with a refined aesthetic sense suitable for contemporary art projects.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• Creative, open-minded, and willing to experiment with new ideas.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, meticulous, and responsible attitude towards work.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
