Get to know the Role:
Telesales Manager will be leading ~10 telesales staffs in generating partner sales through inside sales (telesales)
The day-to-day activities:
Lead end-to-end telesales process
Responsible for daily achievement of contacted leads
Train and develop telesales staffs to improve their sales performance and productivity, leading to sales target achievement
Create and maintain leads and target lists for potential new customers over the phone
Meet partner merchant sales targets set by management for the assigned market
Update all internal systems to properly track potential merchants and merchants contacts
Help Account Managers and/or telesales team to establish initial contact to new merchants
Help with up-selling opportunities when new partnership sales pitch are being released
The must haves:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
Good in English both written and oral
3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience.
Strong sales, analytical, organization, communication and people skills required
A team player who can train and develop staffs
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures
Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.
Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS Power
