Job requirement

Support warranty stations

  • Promote stations to quickly perform warranty cases
  • Technical consulting for technicians
  • Training in dialogue skills with customers and technical knowledge relatedto products
  • Resolve station requests and complaints related to repair fees

Support Call Center

  • Advise on solutions to resolve warranty-related issues when requested bythe Call Center
  • Monitor the progress of warranty cases
  • Support spare part Dept:
  • Monitor the number of components
  • Training spare parts department staff
  • Consulting on solutions to problems related to components
  • Circuit board repair

Support Salesman, KeyAccount Store:

  • Respond to requests and complaints from sales staff and customers
  • Consulting business staff

Make technical report,propose spare part

  • Report technical issues related to the product
  • Propose solutions for production-related errors.
  • Propose HQ to provide components

Carry out warrantycenter warehouse management & the requests of the ASS Manager

  • Evaluate, repair, and classify machine
  • Manage the number of machines at the warranty warehouse
  • Translating and drafting technical documents
  • Consulting and compiling policies related to warranty
  • Service monthly meeting
