Must Have
• Excellent communication – both written and verbal
• Knowledge in Life insurance, Retirement Services and Annuity line of business.
• Organize and write supporting documents for requirements with strong documentation skills.
• Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
• Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers
• Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
• Ability to gather and assimilate information
Preferable
• Standardize content across platforms.
• Good knowledge of quality standards, legislation and best practice
• Up to date knowledge of insurance commission applications.
• Knowledge to traverse mainframe screens.
