This position will lead on the job (OTJ), technical training for AO at VSIP1, to provide training-related support, coordination, administrative and delivering learning solutions to address operation training needs for Production Areas with a specific focus on providing OTJ, Technical training for employees and taking part in training-related projects to enhance the manufacturing performance through training solutions, especially:
1. OTJ, TECHNICAL TRAINING – NEEDS ANALYSIS & SOLUTIONING, DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY
2. TRAINING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & DOCUMENTATION
3. SUPERVISION, MANAGEMENT AND LEADESHIP
• 5+ years of related working experience in Training, education, learning & organisational development with the deep experience in managing Technical Training Program in a manufacturing organization (light industry) of implementing and supporting to deliver appropriate learning interventions and course contents for training programs is a plus. Management/Leadership experience is a plus.
• Skilled at implementing and coordinating a full cycle of training process, from Training Needs Analysis, budgeting, implementation & delivery to evaluation, in support of company goals, especially for Production Training.
