Job Description

As a Technical Supervisor / Inspector, you will be responsible for:

• Inspection & Quality Control: Performing thorough inspections of surface preparation and coating applications to ensure strict adherence to industry standards (SSPC, ISO, ASTM).
• Coating System Compliance: Verifying that coating systems are applied correctly according to manufacturer specifications.
• Surface Preparation Inspection: Assessing surface conditions, including cleanliness, roughness, and environmental factors, prior to coating application.
• Film Thickness Measurement: Conducting wet and dry film thickness checks to ensure coatings are applied to the correct standards.
• Adhesion & Performance Testing: Performing adhesion, permeability, and impact tests to evaluate coating performance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining detailed inspection records, issuing non-conformance reports, and recommending corrective actions.
• Project Coordination: Collaborating closely with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure coating processes align with project requirements.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines during coating application.

• Certification: Nace 2 / Frosio III or higher.
• Experience: 3-4 years in a similar role.
• Age: Over 30 years old.
