Technical Sales Supervisor

Report to: Technical Sales Manager

•    Handle all existing & develop new customers in plastics & rubbers applications throughout the whole country.
•    Constantly gather market & competitors’ information, analysis to identify business environment, create marketing & sales strategy to gain more market share.
•    Support Technical Sales Manager in preparing monthly & yearly sales forecast. Propose sales plan to achieve the target.
•    Handle sales contract and price management to achieve overall sales and profitability targets.
•    Arrange regularly visiting to customers, both existing & potential customers.
•    Follow up with customers to receive their payment on time.
•    Prepare weekly & monthly reports.
•    Provide technical service, support customers in R&D and choosing the right product for their specific application to optimize their total production cost.
•    Perform problem solving in both sales and technical problem. Handle all customers’ complaints.
•    Seek new business opportunities.
•    Maintain & develop business relationship with customers, enhance company reputation & image.
•    Other tasks as assigned by Technical Sales Manager / General Director.

•    Bachelor degree in chemical field, good technical knowledge in plastics / rubbers.
•    At least 05 years sales / manufacturing experience. Working experience in PVC (pipes, compounds,…) and masterbatch applications will be an advantage
•    Fluent in English, both written & verbal.
•    Good in computer skill.
•    Willing to travel.
