- Manage and develop the Technical Sales Department, focusing on B2B customer acquisition – especially in the agriculture sector.
- Collaborate with the BOD to build business strategies, sales goals, marketing campaigns, and technical support plans.
- Coordinate recruitment, set performance targets, train and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing teams.
- Lead the sales team to achieve growth targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand customer base and increase market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Optimize the sales and marketing process from planning to deal closing.
- Analyze potential markets and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new products.
- Ensure work aligns with company KPIs and performance standards.
- Implement internal policies to maintain smooth and efficient departmental operations.
- Report on sales performance, revenue, expenses, and provide forecasts to the BOD.
