Technical Sales Engineer (Lubricants)

Job Summary : Responsible for providing technical support to sales team and customers by recommending the most suitable and correct usage of company’s products and lubrication solution to customers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Support Sales team in consulting lubricant products for different applications, especially to automotive customers and IL end - use customers.

2. Prepare technical information, lubrication solution and support Sales team to work with customers.

3. Handle customer complaints related to the use of lubricant products supplied by Sales team, help trouble-shoot customer’s issues and provide technical advice accordingly.

4. Conduct field survey and do lubrication chart, provide solution and guidelines to customer or

5. Conduct technical training on lubricants and their application to sales team and customers.

6. Prepare and provide documents related to product usage

7. Other assignments as required.

Job Requirement/Specification:

Education         :  Mechanical Engineer – Automotive

Experience       :   2+ years in automotive engineering or Sales of Automotive spare-parts/ equipments.

Age                   :   25 years up

Others              :  As follows

-     English (verbal and written official)

-     Ability to operate PC

-     Have good communication skills, honesty, active learning, dynamic, enthusiastic.

-     Hard working and willing to travel
