Technical Researcher, a part of the whole Technical Recruitment team, plays an important role in the searching, finding and optimizing the RESOURCES to make the ASSIGNMENTS completed on time and meet the individual target set. The role is demanding and diverse and involves:

1. Researcher

• Working closely with the Recruitment team to manage assignments
• Understanding insightfully job description and requirements, advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of channels.
• Mapping out the candidate and developing the job controls for every assignment.
• Searching, screening and preparing candidates profiles for the insightful understanding of each potential before presenting their details to departments.
• Organizing interviews for candidates as requested.

2. Database development

• New candidate data development by mapping and using corporate & research channels, networking event attending and other development activities

3. Other tasks as required

• Developing new ideas and utilize technology to enhance the efficiency of the search process
• Given the idea and support the employer branding.
