A Pest Control & Fumigation Services company is seeking Technical Manager with details:
- Manage and oversee all operations of the Technical Department (TD), including coaching and training technical staff to deliver professional service and product quality to clients.
- Conduct site assessments, develop technical proposals, determine resource norms, and manage labor/material allocations efficiently.
- Perform routine and ad-hoc field inspections to ensure service delivery meets company and customer standards.
- Personally handle complaints regarding unsatisfactory services and implement corrective actions to meet client expectations.
- Recommend rewards and disciplinary actions for technical department staff based on performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to develop technical procedures and standardized work instructions.
- Drive performance improvements across the team to enhance productivity, strengthen company image, and establish the company as the leading provider of pest control and fumigation services.
- Provide regular reports on business performance, including revenue, costs, and forecasts to the Board of Directors.
