We are looking for a Head of Technical Learning & Development that would take overall training needs of engineers & managers to the next level at Grab. What you will do:
Plan, direct and develop all technical team training activities to meet the organization’s job and role requirements.
Define a plan of global training program rollout depending on the needs of specific R&D centers
Work with tech leaders across all areas of the company to identify training needs
Solicit support of engineers and managers to create training material and present it during training sessions.
Design and develop complex-level interactive courseware for training and serve as an internally recognized specialist in the learning and development space
Measuring and evaluating programs to ensure consistency and quality of the design and business impact.
Develop and nurture customer relationships and work closely with customers and subject matter experts to develop and implement learning strategies, programs, and processes.
Demonstrate experience with in-depth project management, including identifying and vendors and negotiating final contracts.
Define and deploy on-demand learning system
Hire & manage a team project managers, curriculum developers and trainers.
