We are looking for a Head of Technical Learning & Development that would take overall training needs of engineers & managers to the next level at Grab. Are you a person who is passionate about improving capabilities of engineers through bootcamps and continuous education? Are you excited about exploring the new ways to sharing knowledge in a global organization? We would love to speak with you.

What you will do:

  • Plan, direct and develop all technical team training activities to meet the organization’s job and role requirements.

  • Define a plan of global training program rollout depending on the needs of specific R&D centers

  • Work with tech leaders across all areas of the company to identify training needs

  • Solicit support of engineers and managers to create training material and present it during training sessions.

  • Design and develop complex-level interactive courseware for training and serve as an internally recognized specialist in the learning and development space

  • Measuring and evaluating programs to ensure consistency and quality of the design and business impact.

  • Develop and nurture customer relationships and work closely with customers and subject matter experts to develop and implement learning strategies, programs, and processes.

  • Demonstrate experience with in-depth project management, including identifying and vendors and negotiating final contracts.

  • Define and deploy on-demand learning system

  • Hire & manage a team project managers, curriculum developers and trainers.
