- The individual has to be strong technical resource and with experience of 12 -15 yrs. He will be liasion between Architect and PM. He will responsible to understand the Architecture and convert it to high/Low level software designs in order for developer and PM to estimate the work. He should be able to lead teams regardless of technology used.
- The tech lead should have experience leading a project team of varied skillsets: Identity management, wizard-type user interfaces, document management, and integration to case workflow.
- Insurance Domain knowledge will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and deep experience in leading technical teams regardless of technology.
