Update market / application trends in construction industry & make proposals how to adapt INSEE portfolio to capture new opportunities.
Develop and lead new solutions to customer through product, service, new creative initiative.
Understand requirements and drivers of customers & their applications
Solve technical customers’ complaints to meet their satisfaction, analyze complaints & report them to the management and feedback to Quality Assurance team for improvements
Promote industrial & project solutions to market stakeholders (contractors, designers, owner, etc) through presales, workshops, visits, articles.
Build relationship to key customers and establish strong networking with influencers
Conduct technical training with focus on value selling approach for INSEE solutions: Develop tool kits and workshops for sales team & other stakeholders
Lead & continuously develop Technical Consultant team for projects & industrial sales.
Follow the Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations at workplace.
