Job requirement

  • Color review and recipe prescreening for bulk production
  • Act as a bridge between Color Lab and Dyeing Dept., analyzing statistics, monitoring %RFT, investigating failed batches (dE ≥ 1.5), identifying root causes, implementing preventive actions, and reporting to the manager
  • Lead continuous improvement projects in Color and Dyeing; follow up post-implementation and address discrepancies between trial and bulk production
  • Perform daily process technical audits of dyeing operations
  • Responsible for all Color and Dyeing systems (Datacolor, Sedomaster, Automatic Dispensing System, etc.)

Job requirement

  • College degree or above, majoring in Chemical Engineering or Textile Engineering
  • Good Technical Data Statistic and Analysis skills are a MUST
  • Color review and Recipe prescreening experience is a MUST
  • Ability to Think, Work, Present, and Talk Sharp to Point
  • Basic knowledge of Dyeing and Machine technology
  • Basic Chinese and English is advance
  • Basic Lean concept is advance.
