- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành hóa học, kỹ thuật hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or related fields.
- Trên 3 năm (ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kỹ sư Kỹ thuật).
3+ years of experience (including at least 1 year as a technical engineer).
- Hiểu biết về vật liệu bán dẫn (wafer silicon, polysilicon, hóa chất…) là một lợi thế.
Understanding of semiconductor materials (silicon wafers, polysilicon, chemical materials) is preferred.
- Kiến thức về phòng sạch và quy trình sản xuất (CVD, etching, cleaning…) là lợi thế lớn.
Knowledge of cleanroom operations and manufacturing processes (CVD, etching, cleaning) is highly preferred.
- Kiến thức thống kê cơ bản phục vụ quản lý quy trình (SPC).
Basic statistical knowledge required for process control (e.g., SPC).
- Kiến thức phân tích nguyên nhân lỗi (FMEA, 5Why, RCA) là lợi thế.
Knowledge of root cause analysis for quality issues (FMEA, 5 Why, RCA) is preferred.
- Kinh nghiệm thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu chất lượng (Excel).
Experience with quality data collection and analysis (Excel)
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt.
Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills.
- Sử dụng thành thạo MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Có chứng chỉ liên quan đến quản lý chất lượng (ISO 9001) là điểm cộng.
Quality-related certifications (ISO 9001 internal auditor) are an advantage.
- Thành thạo Tiếng Anh 4 kỹ năng; Biết tiếng Nhật là một lợi thế lớn.
Enlish proficent 4 skilss; Japanese language ability is highly preferred.
