Job requirement

Get to know the Role:

Provide excellent customer service to our customer base

The day-to-day activities:

  • Responsible for managing the team’s performance by ensuring that departmental objectives, and OKRs are met, monitoring, organizing, and coaching team on a day-to-day basis
  • Regularly assess and liaise with other vertical work together to deliver seamless customer experience
  • Responsible to answer Inquiry & resolved complaint customer
  • Identify and drive initiatives to prevent and reduce losses related to customer verification, billing and payments
  • Coaching & Counselling intensively agents to boost OKRS country


The must haves:

  • Minimum D3 any major, with experienced as Team Leader
  • Call Canter Skills, understand manage floor / real time floor management, prefer to understand Zendesk
  • Minimum 2 year as Team Leader
  • Experience in handling customer & customer satisfaction oriented
  • Good Communication & Good Leadership Skill
