Design, build and implement a leadership development, supervisory and Coaching program that provides opportunity for career growth as the organization grows
Perform individual career interview, consult employees up to manager level
Assess training needs and contribute to the development of training programs
Assess and propose training vendors to ensure the selected vendor meets company’s requirements
Execute and evaluate training effectiveness; follow up post-training, make reports
Manage E-Learning, promote for self-learning program in organization
Manage budget for development programs effectively

English proficiency
At least 5 years in HR field, 3 years expertise in TD.
