- Identify and fulfill current hiring needs in line with business goals.
- Execute recruitment processes per internal policy and procedures.
- Supervise and support junior recruiters in their day-to-day activities.
- Monitor hiring performance and deliver timely staffing solutions.
Talent Pool Development (10%)
- Build and maintain a high-quality candidate database.
- Develop partnerships with universities and large job platforms.
Employer Branding (5%)
- Execute branding campaigns on social media, job fairs, and other platforms.
- Promote our brand through recruitment marketing activities.
Process & Policy Development (5%)
- Contribute to updating recruitment policies and processes aligned with business changes.
- Support onboarding program improvements.
