Job requirement

Recruitment (80%)

  • Identify and fulfill current hiring needs in line with business goals.
  • Execute recruitment processes per internal policy and procedures.
  • Supervise and support junior recruiters in their day-to-day activities.
  • Monitor hiring performance and deliver timely staffing solutions.

Talent Pool Development (10%)

  • Build and maintain a high-quality candidate database.
  • Develop partnerships with universities and large job platforms.

Employer Branding (5%)

  • Execute branding campaigns on social media, job fairs, and other platforms.
  • Promote our brand through recruitment marketing activities.

Process & Policy Development (5%)

  • Contribute to updating recruitment policies and processes aligned with business changes.
  • Support onboarding program improvements.
