Main Responsibilities:
Attract and Recruit: ensure the timely recruitment of the right talents to meet current & growing business needs.
- Be the ambassador of company's culture, ensuring all candidates are well informed about company culture and leave with a positive impression of our organization.
- Execute talent acquisition strategies, including job posting optimization, recruiting channels, job boards, and recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborate on Job Specifications: partner with Hiring Managers to clearly define job requirements, qualifications, and expectations, ensuring alignment with the role's needs andbusiness goals.
- Build Talent Pipeline: develop & maintain a proactive talent pool to meet future hiring needs efficiently future growth and succession planning. Manage needs of prospective candidates through effective communication.
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: enhance our employer brand to attract top talent and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
- Talent Integration: support the integration of new hires for their first 3 to 6 months to ensure successful onboarding.
Execution of Recruitment Process:
- Ensure compliance and collaboration across departments by verifying recruitment requests (replacement or new position), team structure, reporting lines, and headcount & budget approvals.
- Confirm and partner with Hiring Manager in defining clear job descriptions (JDs) and recruitment criteria before posting and kickoff.
- Define recruitment milestones and ensure timely updates to the Hiring Manager.
- Establish a clear interview process (initial, final, and any test requirements).
- Estimate onboarding timelines and manage reference checks, offer negotiations, and onboarding logistics.
- Recruitment Admin/Execution: input candidate data into HR systems, collect required documents, conduct reference checks, process offers, and support onboarding activities.
Recruitment System: Build and implement a recruitment system that streamlines the hiring process and tracks key metrics. Provide real-time recruitment dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
Recruitment assignments or other projects (as required) to enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition team.
