- Talent acquisition & retention: How to win talent war on-time and on-budget? Especially, our employee is extremely diverse from supply chain to business to engineering.

- Instill alignment and transparency by candid communication: you don’t just articulate clearly your strategy and activities, but you are an inspiring ane excellent communicator who can influence and bring people together using candid and inspiring communication skills. You are expected to advise other leaders on how to improve their communication skills.
- Minimum 4 years experience in a related role with at least 2 direct reports. Preferably in an e-commerce, retail or tech companies (big plus)
- And, minimum 1 years in business position (Sales, Marketing, Finance…)
- Strong analytical ability to gather and interpret information and develop, recommend, and implement solutions
- Critical thinker; identifies and anticipates problems. Requires rapid and thorough independent decision making and creative problem solving skills
- Ability to assess and identify talent
