JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support the HR Manager in developing and executing the overall recruitment strategy aligned with business needs.
  • Plan, prioritize, and oversee recruitment for Direct labor and Indirect labor.
  • Partner with Head of Department to understand manpower plans and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, turnover) and recommend improvements.
  • Lead mass-hiring campaigns for operators through job fairs, local agencies, and community channels.
  • Ensure fair, efficient, and timely recruitment processes to meet production schedules.
  • Oversee onboarding and integration programs tailored for large-scale workforce hiring.
  • Manage sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes for technical and professional positions in engineering.
  • Lead employer branding activities (career fairs, university partnerships, online campaigns).
  • Enhance candidate experience by ensuring transparent communication, timely feedback, and professional recruitment processes.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of recruitment experience, in manufacturing field.
  • Strong experience in recruitment for both direct and indirect labor.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment channels, labor market trends, and employer branding.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills, leadership and team development skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good English communication skill.
