Talent Acquisition Intern

Recruitment: 50%

• Responsible for recruitment according to the direct manager's requirements. Ensure sufficient, timely, and qualified hiring in accordance with the recruitment process.
• Support in calling candidates for interviews, participating in interviews, and helping to build a CV pool for the team.

Paperwork: 50%

• Handle employee documentation and timesheets.
• Support employees in signing contracts and closely follow up on the process of completing candidate documents.

• Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources or related fields.
• Proficient computer skills with a solid working knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks effectively and accurately.
• Professional, positive, and proactive attitude at all times.
• Ability to work independently with a high sense of initiative and self-motivation, while still being fully supported.
• A collaborative team player who works well in a team-oriented environment.
