Job requirement

  • Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and platforms.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the position.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates.
  • Manage data and input information accurately into our HR database.
  • Support in coordinating and participating in recruitment-related events.
  • Support the HR team in various recruitment-related projects and initiatives.
