About the Role

At Indefol Solar, people are at the heart of our growth. As a Talent Acquisition (Fresher – Junior Level), you will not only be part of the recruitment process but also contribute to strategic initiatives that shape how Indefol attracts, engages, and develops top talent in the renewable energy sector.

This position offers a unique opportunity for young professionals to grow in a fast-evolving organization, working hands-on in employer branding, talent attraction, and university engagement activities. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners to bring Indefol Solar’s employer brand to life.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Operations

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely, quality recruitment delivery.
  • Maintain candidate databases and prepare regular recruitment reports.

2. Talent Attraction & Employer Branding

  • Participate in developing and executing employer branding campaigns (both online and offline).
  • Collaborate with universities, student clubs, and career centers to organize workshops, campus events, and career talks.
  • Support digital recruitment communications through platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and the company website.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture Support

  • Assist in internal communication and employee engagement activities.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to strengthen company culture and enhance the employee experience.

Job requirement

Qualifications

  • Final-year student or graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Passionate about recruitment, employer branding, and people development.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience or exposure in recruitment, events, or internal communications is a plus.
