On boaring: Create a plan to manage employee resignations by monitoring, encouraging, and evaluating the resignation situation of employees during their first three months of employment
Training: Provide guidance and training to enhance professional sourcing skills and recruitment skills across departments.
Hiring: Proactively sourcing candidate pools and hiring adhoc position for company growth.
Report: Conduct weekly and monthly reports with the team, and propose solutions as needed.
Other tasks assigned by the Department or Line manager
Qualifications: College/ University Degree or above
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in mass recruitment and 3 years in supervisor/ manager level (Prefer: experience in managing large teams).
Professional knowledge: Expertise in Sourcing/ Employer Branding/ Talent Acquisition/ HRBP or related fields.
