You will be working with a small but mighty team, that is passionate about improving the onboarding experiences for all Grabbers in all locations. We are the drivers of many cross functional team activities and programs, and we love interacting with Grabbers from any and all functions.
Get to know the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides critical support for Talent Acquisition Business Partners, for offer letters, onboarding and related matters.
Day to Day Activities:
Offer letter management, end-to-end
Complete post offers checks (background screening)
Full ownership of new hire onboarding activities, including:
Prepare welcome pack
Support pre-hires and managers through onboarding
Welcome new employees
Lead first day orientation program, including Grab Experience & ID card
Internship hiring
Invoice processing for Talent Acquisition
Supporting payroll & PS administration process
The must haves:
Degree or Diploma in any discipline
1- 2 years of experience in a support role, preferably in Talent Acquisition
Proficiency in English both written and spoken
Basic MS Office / Google Office Suite skills
Work well under highest pressure situation with maturity
Be able to travel occasionally
Good interpersonal skills and well organised.
Pleasant personality and positive attitude
