Job requirement

  • Drive user adoption:
    • Train end users to use new systems/functionalities
  • End-user support:
    • Collect required information to solve issues
    • Try to solve issues, else, make sure issues that need to be escalated are solved in a timely manner
  • Implement data quality control in systems:
    • Validate data carefully before confirm for usage as process
    • Pro-actively correct mistakes that are discovered later
  • Take part in system enhancement:
  • Gather simple improvement requests from the line functions
  • Communicate needs to developers under coaching from senior        specialist
